Vicki Stewart

Vicki Stewart leads Tender Victory and the team of great writers. We all work on a flexible and responsive basis, to ensure that we always meet clients’ needs and those all-important tender deadlines. All writers are experienced and each of them has a proven track record.What drives Vicki is ensuring that she and the team deliver a high level of service at a price that is affordable to their clients.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lisa Marvin MCIPS

Lisa is a highly valued member of the Tender Victory team due to her meticulous attention to detail and also her extensive public sector procurement experience.
Since joining Tender Victory, Lisa has worked with a variety of clients across many market sectors. She is adept at using her skills to ensure that our clients present high quality documents that are concise and clear in detail. She also puts her 11 years public procurement experience to good use in helping our clients to understand how the tender evaluation process works and accordingly how to write tenders that will appeal to the buyers evaluating them.
Lisa is PRINCE2 and MCIPS (Member of Chartered Institute of Purchase and Supply) qualified.

Julian Clarke

Julian is an experienced writer and researcher with a successful track record of winning securing public sector tenders and grants across a range of sectors and for a variety of clients. Julian’s considerable experience to date includes offering business support services to micro, small and medium sized enterprises. These services have included tender writing, bid management, tender evaluation and mentoring support.

Julian’s core skills in clear and effective writing are complemented by a deep understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods which are often useful to organisations seeking to demonstrate their impact or understand market need.

 

Ed Hyland

Ed has over six years bid management and bid writing experience gained initially whilst working for a large healthcare company. This predominantly involved responding to tenders from the NHS and other public sector bodies including DEFRA, the Welsh government and Hertfordshire police to name but a few of his wins. Ed has developed these skills in recent years, using them to assist SMEs in winning tenders and contracts across a wide variety of sectors.

Ed’s clear writing skills deliver concise, tender responses. His excellent communication skills enable him to encourage clients to provide meaningful content and input into comprehensive and professional response documents.

As a member of the Tender Victory team, Ed brings excellent time management skills and a proven record of success bidding for high value NHS and private healthcare contracts.

Hugh Graham

Hugh is an exceptional coach, who works well with teams and individuals to ensure that their face to face presentations, pitches, dialogue sessions and meetings enable businesses to present themselves at their absolute best to prospective clients. Hugh coaches teams on how to deliver key messages in ways that make them more interesting and memorable. He delivers training on how to develop rapport, credibility and trust with clients when they meet them face to face during formal interviews and presentations.

Ian Smith

Ian uses his considerable experience from his board level and general management positions to ensure clients submit well-structured bids and proposals. Ian’s many years of business experience include marketing, business development, sales and operation of managed services in the printing, reprographics and document management sectors. He also has a strong background in public transport planning and management.
